Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy often works to uncover repressed childhood experiences that are thought to explain an individual’s current life difficulties. It is based on the theory that how you behave now is determined by your childhood experiences. The focus is to help you make sense of your existing situation, by analyzing your thoughts, emotions, memories, images and even your dreams in order to gain a deeper understanding of how you relate to the world, yourself and to others.
